QWill someone trash my place?

Matt has over 10,000 Airbnb reservations across his portfolio and his structures are still standing. DADUs self-select better guests because the owner lives on-site. Short-term rental turnover means you catch any damage fast. And insurance covers the worst case.

QI don't want to be a landlord or deal with tenants.
